Who we are
This website is operated by Reclaim Era, an initiative of Lamp Educational and Charitable Trust (LEACT), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and to provide accurate information in our forms. We may update content, services and these terms from time to time; the version published here applies.
Pickups and campaigns
Pickup requests and campaign applications are requests for service and are confirmed by our team over phone or email. The campaign logistics fee (minimum ₹500) covers the collection vehicle, crew and materials for a scheduled campaign; it is a service fee and not a donation. Scheduling is subject to our team’s availability and service area.
Payments
The campaign logistics fee (minimum ₹500) is paid securely through PayU using the payment methods offered on its checkout page. Applications are confirmed once the payment is received. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Donations
Monetary donations to LEACT are eligible for exemption under sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act; receipts are issued on request. Donated goods are sorted at our discretion into reuse, upcycling or recycling.
Content and branding
The Reclaim Era name, logo and site content belong to LEACT and may not be reproduced without permission, except for fair, non-commercial reference.
Liability
We provide this site and our services with care but without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, LEACT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
