How refunds work for the campaign logistics fee (minimum ₹500).
The logistics fee
The logistics fee (minimum ₹500) paid with a campaign application covers the collection vehicle, crew and materials for your scheduled campaign day. It is a service fee, not a donation.
If you cancel
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled campaign date and we will refund the fee in full. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date are not refundable, because the vehicle and crew are already committed.
If we cancel or cannot serve you
If we cannot schedule your campaign (for example, your location is outside our service area) or we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund automatically.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayU, normally within 5–7 business days of your request being approved.
