What we collect
When you use our forms we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, pickup or campaign address, and your message. The campaign logistics fee is paid on PayU; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
How we use it
We use your details only to run our services: scheduling pickups, coordinating campaigns, responding to enquiries, issuing receipts, and sending updates you have asked for. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email. Payments are processed by PayU under its own privacy policy and settled to the Trust’s account. We share information with no third parties unless the law requires it.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Local storage in your browser is used only for site functionality.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to reclaimera@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
